Start date: The start date is flexible to YOU. Once all SPACES are taken, the challenge entry will CLOSE. You must sign up to the challenge before the 15th April and start within 2 weeks.
Sessions: You can pick up to 4 sessions a week for 6 weeks. There are 45+ session times to select from. These consist of LIFT & SWEAT
